Cancellation policy

 

We value your time as same as we value our time. 

To ensure the best service possible we ask that all customers to follow these 

guidelines when booking an appointment. When you book your appointment you 

agree to these terms and conditions.

 

NOTE: We send confirmation messages 48 hours prior to your appointment.

If you reply to this message and confirm your appointment you are subject to the 

following Cancellation Policies:

 

a) Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. This 

would free the time slot you booked and be free to any other customer. 

If you cancel within the 24 hours of the booking time will incur a 50% of the total 

of your booking

 

b) No Show: No Shows will incur a 50% surcharge of the total of your booking

 

Late Arrival:

Customers arriving late will be still seen but the booking will be modified to 

respect the time of the hair stylist and the times of the following customers. If 

after all of these we are not able to service you, we would reschedule your 

appointment.
