AUTUMN HAIRCARE

Unless you have been living under a rock and have not noticed the beautiful sunny days followed by ones filled with endless rainy drizzle, you will know we are well and truly into Autumn.

On the upside it’s a great excuse to buy a cute new coat to last you through the Winter, however, it can make your hair act out. And, we can’t blame her. She’s fending off humidity changes and sick of having her perfect styled hair ruined because you forgot an umbrella (again!).

But, don’t fret! Read on to find out the products we recommend this Autumn to have our hair looking amazing all year round.

Say sayonara to Dry Hair.

Our beautiful Salon Manager Jas recommends OI Hair Butter.

What is it: Featuring super nourishing action that smells ah-mazing and will make your hair feel amazing-er! As an added bonus it protects from UV rays which is important all year round living in Australia.

How to use: Apply to damp hair and leave for 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

Cut the frizz!

Erin recommends Liquid Spell.

What is it: Another leave-in treatment, but this one acts specifically to strengthen, add body and leave your hair silky and shiny.

How to use: Apply mousse to hair evenly from base to ends, then comb through and style as desired.

Solve your styling woes.

Britt recommends OI Oil.

What is it: Not only will this little bottle of magic add shine, detangle and fight frizz, it will also loosen the hold from the other styling products already in your hair.

How to use it: Before styling, apply 2-3 pumps of oil to towel-dried hair, and proceed with drying.

As a finishing touch: apply 2-3 pumps of oil to the lengths and ends of dried hair.

Start all over again with a blank slate.

Tyne recommends Sea Salt Scrub Cleanser.

What is it: Give your locks a taste of the summer goodness with this scrub that will remove impurities, product residue and polluting particles.

How to use it: Apply generously to wet hair, massage, rinse and follow with your favourite mask.
